About prospective customers, contact persons and competition machines

All relevant information about the gain of prospective customers and the care of existing customers are being deposited in Success! and reprocessed for a quick reaction.

With the help of a mailing and resubmission system, customer information will always find its way to the right place to be edited effectively. Every incoming letter, fax etc. from a client can be filed and deposited. Herewith, every employee has the possibility to recall the original documents with a single mouse click. All executed actions will be processed that way; they will be allocated to the responsable contact person and therefore allow a consequent tracking of all the contacts.

Marketing actions (e.g. serial letters) will be assigned to the responsible contact person directly and hence reduce wastage.

Apart from the the sale possibilities in Success!, other link-ups like Microsoft CRM can be attatched in order to get greater organisation units.
