Contract accounting – the easy way!

With Success! you can create any kind of contract types for the care of machinery, assets, and software. You have access to all contractual bases from meter reading (for digital copiers, color copiers, laser printers, inserter machinery, bottling filling systems...) to rentals to maintenance. The contract accounting runs automatically with help of calender, but can also be started manually. You can choose individually if you want to calculate account periods retrospectively or prospectively on one invoices or more.

The system controls the maintenances automatically and regards all relevant contractual elements. No matter what special item you want to provide for in the respective contract, and no matter which settlement calendar is implemented and regardless to the payment method deposited in the contract: Success! is in the know

Volume contracts (such as time banking accounts or current accounts) can be applied for hotline or call center. These will be subtracted automatically from the credit with each call from the customer at the support center. After consumption they can be settled again.
