pSRS allows your service team members to work quickly, flexible and cost-effective. The technician's calls will be transmitted via SMS
oder e-mail to the mobile device of the technician (PDA, VPA, MDA).
Hereby, he recieves all the relevant serivce information at once.
With the confirmation function, the receiving status will be send to the dispatching center in the backoffice online
via GPRS or UMTS.
The service technician can start the order now as "onsite" on the browser on his mobile device
when he is at the customer. Supportively, he can recall error history, news and a knowledge data base.
After finishing the service call, the completion can be confirmed directly. Since the GPRS connection is normally
available all the time on the mobile device, there is no need for logging in again or restarting the notebook or other
time-consuming actions.
If the service call is not posted back as completed after an expected time, which is based on historical time records for
the current model, the service technician will have the possibility to extended the time.
If the order could not be completed, it would be be marked as "incomplete" and therefore planned
for a new run again.
With the optional planning software a fully-automated planning can take place.
Training keys, SLA agreements, route optimation, loads and spare part availability are used as indicators by the
planning system.
The completion of the order data can be accomplished by a SRS client or at the backoffice time-independently.
