Increase of turnover and profit again in 2007
In contrast to the trend of the market in 2005-2007, the turnover could be increased by 32 per cent. It is still on the very
high level of the years 1999/2000.
Due to reorgansation, the costs could be reduced significantly
while the effectiveness was increased with the help of our own latest technologies even more. The new leading force, Success!
version 6.1 SP4 was launched to the customer. In addition, our clients use add ons like the technician in-situ-solution pSRS,
meter reading via internet, connection to CRM and the use of statistc server.
Especially the fixed prices were very well accepted by our new
customers. The possibility of buying a whole BSV package without any risk led to enormous sales in the area of medium-sized
businesses.
The pre-tax profit was increased by 21 per cent compared to 2006
and therefore underlines the successful trend of the years 2005/06.
New distribution channels
BSV products are being sold in Germany using direct marketing more and more. The partner networks are mainly in charge of the
Europeen branches from our major customers and direct sales. BSV works together with the
Softguide software leader and
Google. Both activities allow a strong market presence
and the acquisition of sales prospects in BSV relevant industries. As a result of the consumer behaviour, exhibitions at fairs
will not be accomplished any longer. Our customers recommend our products warmly and therefore advance our sales volume

The past
BSV was founded in 1978 as "Büromaschinen Service und Vertrieb GmbH" ("Office machine service and
distribution GmbH")
Very soon the company realigned. Instead of selling hardware, BSV focused on developing capable and customer-based software
products. 1981 was the year of the first individually configurated software system for industry and trade to be made. Today,
this long lasting knowledge makes BSV to one of the most qualified distributor in the innovative software developing industry.
The present
We currently occupy 10 employees and 12 free-lancers in the whole area of Germany and marketing area of the EU.
Our product Success! was distributed with more than 250 licences in six countries
in 2007. With the module for resource planning, the customer web portal and the pSRS technician in-situ-solution on mobile
terminals we created other milestones in the same year.
BSV currently supports approx. 8,000 licences using their own support team. In Spanin,
our distributor manages the integration of Success! products.
The new version Success! V7 was launched in late 2008. This version adopts the well-proven and experienced processes of
the previous version of Success!. In addition to that, the new version does have many advantages for the user. These are e.g.
table formatting, direct output to e.g. Excel, direct statistic values, tracing and handing over to
MS-CRM 4.0, multi marking and editing of data sets, active directory...
